Recent events I’ve participated in include:

Touring Exhibition Meeting, Istanbul, September 2015.  Delivered a paper called “Are You Talking to Me? Writing Wall Panels for your Visitors”, providing an instant response to delegates examples, and signing copies of The Interpretation Matters Handbook.

South West Federation of Museums Conference 2014. I talked writing, galleries, and effective communication at this conference that focused on the question, What does the Public Really Want?

City Hall, London, hosted the Turning Point National Summit 2012, where I was invited to participate on the panel debating Measuring Value.
